Made with 2 row malted barley, Maris Otter, Aromatic and light Caramalt; at over 1.5 lbs per bbl. the hops are Chinook, Simcoe, Ahtanum and Amarillo.
Fermented with House Ale yeast.

O.G.= 14.5 F.G. = 3.2
Alc. v/v = 5.93%

What happened when the crazy American Brewers started messing with a venerable old style of beer from Imperial Brittania: American style IPA! This beer is cool, bitter, hoppy, malty fun. Every hop farmer in the Yakima and Willamette valleys wishes the big boys brewed beers like this.
