The Iowa Brewers Guild was formed to foster communication between the state�s brewers, showcase and improve the quality of beer brewed in Iowa, advocate for the promotion of the local brewing community, and lobby for progressive changes in Iowa laws (such as Lifting the Limit) to benefit the craft brewing industry in the state.

Join Rock Bottom Chef Troy Harding, Brewmaster Eric Sorensen and Sutliff Cidermaker/Owner Scott Ervin for a special dinner celebrating America.

1st Course: Spinach salad with American Dream Vinaigrette
Paired with Locally- Produced Sutliff Hard Cider (sutliffcider.com)

2nd Course: BBQ short rib served with grilled corn on the cob and potato salad
Paired with American Dream IPA or Liquid Sun Wheat

3rd Course: Cherry cobbler
Paired with Stowt (wheat stout)

Price is $25 and includes dinner, beverage pairing, tax and gratuity. All other beverages, standard charges will apply.
